Dear All,
On behalf of Fr. Celestino and the Pastoral Council Officers, I'd like to express our gratitude to all who went to attend the Filipino Day & Pilgrimage at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts on Saturday, June 27, 2009. Thank you for your continued support.
I'd like to express our sincere appreciation to those who participated to make the PROGRAM a great success. I'd like to thank the Program Coordinator, Annie Talaid, who did a great job in the preparation & rehearsal to ensure the success of the Show. Unfortunately, Annie had a serious accident during the event. We pray for her fast recovery. Thanks to Nards Gutierrez & John Manuel who quickly took over and coordinated the Show.
I would also like to recognize the unsung heroes (parents & staff behind the scene) who ensured the smooth flow of the program. Maraming salamat po!
Thank you also to those who brought Filipino food to share with the other pilgrimage group. This gesture showcase the great trait of the Filipinos - Hospitality.
I'd be remiss if I don't mention the outstanding performance of the LITURGICAL DANCERS. You were just great! A perfect ending for a long day of activities.
To all the PROGRAM participants, Thank You. The performance was unbelievably great. Now, our only problem is how to surpass it next year.
Take care & God bless,
Gracita (Teng) Chiefe
